Yes. Grace of Giving is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States and has equivalent charity status in most countries we operate in. After every gift, we email you a receipt suitable for tax purposes.
On average, 93 cents of every dollar reaches the cause directly. The remaining 7 cents covers verification, secure payments, and our small operating team. We publish full transparency in our annual report.
Yes — just check the "Give anonymously" option at checkout, and your name will appear as "Anonymous" on the public donor list. We will still send your receipt privately.
Visit our Start a Cause page and fill the gentle four-step form. We'll reach out within two business days to verify the story and help you publish.
Our small team speaks directly with the family, asks for relevant documentation (hospital bills, lease, ID), and often partners with a local church or community organization that knows them. Verification typically takes 3–7 days.
Funds are released in stages, as the need progresses (e.g. materials purchased, surgery date confirmed). This protects the family and the integrity of every gift.
Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see, store, or transmit your card details directly.
Our verification process is designed to prevent this — but if it ever happened, we'd contact every donor immediately, redirect funds to a similar verified cause, and offer refunds. Trust is sacred to us.
