Privacy Policy

How we hold your information.

What we collect

When you visit Grace of Giving, we collect only what we need to serve you well: your name, email, postal address (for tax receipts), and the details of your gifts. When you start a cause, we additionally collect verification documents and your contact information.

How we use it

We use your information to process gifts, issue receipts, send updates about the causes you support, verify campaign stories, and (if you opt in) share occasional reflections from our work. We do not sell or rent your information — ever, for any reason.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small amount of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We use Plausible Analytics (a privacy-friendly analytics tool) that does not track you across sites, set cookies, or collect personal identifiers.

Third parties we trust

  • Stripe and PayPal — payment processing (PCI-compliant)
  • Postmark — transactional email (receipts, updates)
  • Cloudflare — hosting and security

Each is contractually bound to handle your data with the same care we promise.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Just email privacy@graceofgiving.org and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Grace of Giving is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have collected such data, please email us immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will email everyone with an account at least 14 days in advance. The latest version will always live here.
